Your money - how safe is it?

You may have read in the press at the weekend about allegations being made against a letting agent who is accused of keeping tenant's rent money and not passing it on to landlords.  Unfortunately for the landlords quoted their only right of recourse is through the legal system which can be both costly and take some time with no guarantee of success at the end.

At Ryden Lettings we are a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).  They  not only insist on strict regulation of clients' funds but offer landlords a guarantee that monies lodged with an ARLA agent are underwritten by the ARLA bonding scheme.

ARLA are the governing body for standards in the industry who seek to promote the highest standards in lettings.
